The Conference Hotel
The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is located within walking distance of the Disney Springs® Resort Area. Besides being the location of the conference meeting, it is close to Walt Disney World®. The hotel provides a shuttle to all Disney® theme parks. Guests can experience resort amenities including the Oasis Aquatic Pool Playground and Disney Character Breakfasts.

The “Wyndham Resort Tower” part of the hotel has been filled, but you can still make a reservation in the Wyndham Garden part of the hotel. To do that please call the to make a reservation at +1(844)482-8444. The rate is still $159, with no resort fee. The name of the room block is “Association for Computing Machinery.”
Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?
The main advantage of the conference hotel is that you will be very close to all the conference activities. Staying in the conference hotel will also increase your chance of random social encounters with other attendees. The conference hotel rate of $159 per night will also be very favorable, and the lowest rate available to the public. (Attendees who wish to arrive early or depart later can also enjoy the conference room rate from October 30 through November 12, 2018.)
Note that the conference hotel rate includes both free wifi and the $25 resort fee (that is, both the wifi and the resort fees are waved when you book through the conference using the phone number above).
Another advantage of staying at the conference hotel is that it helps the conference meet its contractual obligations to the hotel, and thus staying at the conference hotel will prevent the conference from paying for empty rooms; the benefit to attendees will appear in the form of better coffee breaks, food, etc.

Driving from the Airport to the Conference Hotel
- Take Florida 528 (FL-528) Toll West to Lake Buena Vista for 16.7 miles.
- Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-4 West towards Tampa for 3.7 miles.
- Take exit 68 for Florida 535 (FL-535) toward Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista for 0.2 miles.
- Turn left onto Hotel Plaza Blvd, and then the Whyndham Lake Buena Vista hotel will be on your right in 1 mile.
